{"id":12262,"date":"2023-01-25T06:29:38","date_gmt":"2023-01-25T06:29:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sundayresort.gr\/covid-19-information\/"},"modified":"2023-03-03T10:12:23","modified_gmt":"2023-03-03T10:12:23","slug":"covid-19-information","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sundayresort.gr\/sr\/covid-19-information\/","title":{"rendered":"COVID-19 Information"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>SUNDAY studios &amp; apartments <\/strong>prioritises the values of the health and safety of their staff, and guests, and wishes to provide a thoroughly enjoyable stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"305\" src=\"http:\/\/sundayresort.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/health-first.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sundayresort.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/health-first.jpg 500w, https:\/\/sundayresort.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/health-first-300x183.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our enterprise complies with all rules and regulations implemented in order to provide a healthy and safe environment as dictated by&nbsp; the World Health Organisation&nbsp; protocol for COVID-19 and the Greek authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Individual hygiene measures and Personal Protective Equipment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provided PPE for the staff and sanitisation stations in different places at the outdoor area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staff training for the safe and correct use of PPE .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staff training for emergency plan and protocols in case of a possible COVID-19 infection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overseeing of all third parties (deliveries, customers, maintenance etc) entering the hotel, and compliance with all required social distancing, and use of PPE if required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continual&nbsp;&nbsp; staff training on how to maintain personal hygiene, and preventive measures in all areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Required staff training to immediately inform management to enable the action plan in case of suspected COVID-19 symptoms and\/or possible infection, so as to quarantine and follow appropriate procedures and protocols.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frequent hand washing with soap and water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hand contact, and all close contact should be avoided between guests and staff and third parties. A safe distance of at least 1.5 metres is required in all work and non work areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Reception<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We comply with all required&nbsp;health measures, protocols and regulations. A&nbsp;maintained 1.5 metre social distancing with strictly no personal contact with the customers, and frequent hand washing, and disinfection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staff will be available to offer guests detailed COVID-19 information health protocols and assistance&nbsp; concerning&nbsp;&nbsp; public, and private hospitals, and local pharmacies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staff will be provided with appropriate PPE, Medical kits, including single use masks, hand sanitiser, and sanitised hand wipes, long sleeved robes, aprons and laser thermometers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hand sanitizer is available in reception.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The receptions high touch surfaces are frequently disinfected and sanitised.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prompt check in and check out to enable reduced capacity in the reception area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Key cards will be disinfected and sanitized.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check out is before 11am and check in from 3pm. Rooms will be thoroughly deep cleaned and sanitized with a disinfection machine (fogger).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We keep a record of the persons who lived in the hotel \u2013 name, nationality, date of arrival and departure, contact details (address, telephone, email)-, in order to be able to communicate with close contacts of any case of COVID-19, which may be identified afterwards. Attention is paid to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and all visitors are informed that a record is kept for public health reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Housekeeping<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Housekeeping staff will wear the appropriate PPE<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All rooms, public spaces and surfaces will be disinfected frequently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thorough deep cleaning, disinfection and airing of rooms between change of guests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thorough room cleaning and disinfection&nbsp; upon customer departure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Removal of decorative pillows&nbsp; and bed throws etc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doors and windows will be remain open, as and when required to air rooms and public areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hospital grade aerial surface disinfection machine (fogger) and disinfectant will be used throughout the place.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Public spaces<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Public spaces will be aired<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sanitisation stations will be provided throughout the hotel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frequent cleaning and sanitisation of high contact surfaces and areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Signage for customers to remind, and maintain social distancing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Swimming pool<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Frequent PH and chlorine measurement, and maintained required regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Required safe 2 metre distancing between sunbeds sets and between tables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sunbeds will be disinfected between each and every use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guests are obliged to follow instructions for showering before using the pool.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frequent cleaning and disinfection of the shower and public toilets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>BBQ area<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Guests are obliged to sanitise hands before entering and use the BBQ.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The BBQ high touch surfaces are frequently disinfected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Playground<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The playgrounds high touch surfaces are frequently disinfected and sanitised.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guests are obliged to sanitise hands before entering in the playground.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bar staff will wear the appropriate PPE<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tables and chairs are disinfected&nbsp; before every use from the guests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The SUNDAY studios &amp; apartments prioritises the values of the health and safety of their staff, and guests, and wishes to provide a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
